Q: How can I be sure that the products are authentic?
A: Every Less is More item is 100% authentic . Thanks to our many years of experience in the luxury sector, we personally verify each product. Upon request, we provide an ENTRUPY certificate of authenticity with every purchase.
Q: Are the products new or used?
A: We offer pre-owned luxury bags and accessories in excellent condition. Each product is carefully selected and the condition is clearly stated in the description (like new, excellent condition, like new, etc.).

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping to Italy costs €24.90. It's free for orders of €599 or more .
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: In Italy, delivery takes 3-5 business days. For international shipments, delivery times vary from 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination.
